RETURN POLICY

In the unlikely case you are unsatisfied with your order, you are eligible for a refund. We offer a 30 day no questions asked return window. To fully qualify for your refund, the returned items must be free of any dirt, grime, wear, tear, or damage and must have all pieces (including tags) included.

To initiate a return: box up the item(s) you would like to return, print your order confirmation to include it in the package and send to the following address:

Please purchase shipping insurance as we will not be held responsible in the event of lost or stolen property.  Once we receive your return, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process it.  You will receive your refund through the same payment method as purchased.   Please allow adequate time for the refund to process.  If you are having problems with your return or you have questions that are not answered here, contact us or email us at contact@dryadsaddles.com
